What happens after the 7-day trial?+
You'll be charged the Pro monthly rate automatically. Cancel anytime before day 7 in your billing portal and you won't be charged a cent.
Can I cancel or downgrade later?+
Yes. Cancel or switch back to Free from your billing portal at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
How does the extra-slot pricing work?+
Pro includes 20 products. Each additional product is $0.60/mo, billed with your subscription. You can add or remove slots anytime.
Is there a discount for annual billing?+
Not yet — we're keeping pricing simple while we build. Get in touch if you're tracking hundreds of products and want a custom plan.
Do you offer refunds?+
The 7-day trial is your risk-free window. After that, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future billing.
