Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
By creating an account or using Arbitrage Radar (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service
Arbitrage Radar monitors public listings on third-party marketplaces (including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Mercari, OfferUp, Poshmark, Etsy, and Depop) and alerts you when prices fall below a historic average you configure. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these marketplaces.
Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Don't use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or abuse the third-party marketplaces we scan.
No guarantee of accuracy
Prices, listings, and historic averages are aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for verifying any listing before purchasing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed deals, purchase disputes, or losses on resale.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
